Q: How many pages are viewed on this website every month?
A: Thousands every month! - and I can prove it.
We have owned the website for much longer but our stats only started in early 2011. NOTE: I count general information about page views but I can't see anyone's email, name or any other type of personal data. This is no different then any other website on the internet to include Ryan Homes or Brantly Development or CNN or even your local bank - it is used for marketing purposes. I count for for fun -- the number of pages viewed just keeps getting larger!
Besides the Home page -- the next most common page people visit is the page about
Ryan Homes, the Home Builder.
It is also a fact that web traffic has increased (on average) every day since I started this website.
One more quick fact -- over 50% of the people that have visited this website were referred from search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing, and even AOL!
Q: Why does this website exist?
A: Just read it -- it's not obvious? To provide you with the tools necessary to research the most expensive thing you will likely ever buy in your life!
Q: Has Ryan Home, Brantly Development, or the Elkridge Crossing HOA ever contacted you about this website?
A: None of them has ever contacted me - makes you wonder why doesn't it?
Q: Are you angry with the builder, developer or HOA?
A: Not as angry as some of the people that have sent me comments applauding this site!
Q: Do you realize how high you rank in Google?
A: Very aware - the only website that ranks higher then this website is Ryan homes but they pay for advertising. Did you know that when you click on the Ryan Homes advertising link through a Google.com search, Ryan Homes has to pay money to Google .... I am not telling you to click but it is an interesting concept isn't it?
Q: Would you sell this website to Ryan Homes, Brantly Development, or the HOA?
A: I sure would but if you read their pages - it is my opinion that all of them have enough legal troubles keeping them busy for now. I will sell this website to anyone -- and as of August 2011, I will
donate a large percentage to the Elkridge Food Pantry.
Q: You are kinda mean to develop this website - do you know that?
A: No, I was not aware of that. I thought I was providing a public service.
Q: Do you think people have decided not to buy in this development because of the information you provide?
A: I would imagine some people have done some soul searching after seeing this website - but specifically anybody that has not purchased solely because of me? I am unaware of that happening.
