Dear Homeowners being sued -- Have you requested various things your are entitled to? For instance you are entitled to inspect the Community Books and Records. According to section: 6.17. Inspection of Association Books and Records. You have a right to examine those records - ask for them. See how the HOA is made up. Be informed!
